Brokers license for sale in European Union member state in Southern Europe.

Brokers license allows collect monies from third persons and invest into different financial products, including derivatives.

Scope comprises: management of portfolio of financial instruments, investment advise, execution of clients orders, reception of orders, dealing on own account, placing, Forex, crediting financial instruments.

Brokerages companies in Europe shall follow MIFID II ( Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, (MIFID) . The regulations extend MiFID's earlier requirements to more financial instruments. Equities, commodities, debt instruments, futures and options, exchange-traded funds, and currencies all fall under MIFID II . If a financial product is available in the EU, it is covered by MiFID II—even if, say, the trader wishing to buy it is located outside the EU.

Company is operational in all EU member states with passporting rights to all EU member states.

​​Initial Capital Requirement for brokers licenses

1. Dealing on own account license (market makers license) - EUR 730,000

Dealing on own account (Dealer License) - This license is equivalent to "market-making" and involves position-taking which includes the conclusion of the transaction in financial instruments.

2. Matched Principle license - EUR 125, 000

Matched Principle (Intermediary License) - also known as STP/straight-through processing involves client trades being hedged with an equal transaction with a liquidity provider.

3. Restricted Broker license - EUR 50,000

​Restricted Broker license - This is an introducer or referral type of license, permitting firms to conduct sales and marketing but not being able to hold client funds.

Price - 450 000 EUR plus cash/profit plus capital
